    I am intrigued that so many people in the media keep calling the coming games “THE Grand Final”. I thought that when Sydney University beat Eastwood THAT was the Grand Final.

    I haven’t read the books – I gather some are much better than others – or seen season 3 yet. Waiting till February to buy it.

    Paul, I’ve finished Top of the Lake now. Alternately ravished by the almost unbelievable scenery and gut-punched by the plot. An emotional rollercoaster and a feast for the eyes. Not for the fainthearted that’s for sure. But what a beautiful looking series.
